ASTRAL PROJECTION


Astral projection (astral travel) (AP short) refers to episodes of out-of-body experiences considered to involve an astral counterpart that separates from the physical body and travels to one or more astral planes or the physical world. Astral projection is experienced as being "out of the body". Unlike dreaming or near death experiences, astral projection may be practiced deliberately.


Consciously one can meditate accomplishing astral travel.

 
Out of Body Experience

I will explain the method of OBE, to be successful with an OBE you must do it the morning when you're not as tired, otherwise you will fall asleep and your mind will not be conscious, it will be sleeping with your body. You can lay or sit stretched out, whatever may be comfortable to you. Morning is best because you will be alert. To achieve body paralysis may take 15-20 minutes, with practice it will get easier and shorter time frame. Consistent practice is what works best, if you don’t practice it will take longer each time you make an effort. If you develop fear through body paralysis it bring you back to your physical body, keep in mind your perception is your reality. On a normal day you’re using your 5 senses, during OBE you are using you’re extra six sense which may seem unnatural for daily life, but essential for OBE. You’re using you’re intuition and disconnecting from your five senses, such as eyes, smell, touch and taste.  Allowing your body to exist further and beyond the physical plane.
Accomplishing an intuitive connection with your psyche and allowing it to explore outer human being. During lucid dreams you will remember many things however, OBE is very difficult to remember details at times. Your body will be asleep and your mind will be awake fully alert to achieve the skill of OBE easy and fast.


If you have a daily routine, such as getting up with an alarm clock or different sleep patterns and hours then keep track of how many hours you sleep.


   1. Sart by noticing yur breathing, breathing normal, just using awareness.
       1A. Time is very important, so keep track

   2. In order for OBE you need efficient time to sleep.

   3. Set your alarm for 2 hours earlier then normal

   4. Get rest

   5. Alarm rings, awake

   6. Do your normal routine

   7. Don’ t think about OBE” for approximately 1 hour

   8. Within 1 hour back to sleep as you normally would at night

   9. Once you fall asleep, you will begin dreaming, it could be a lucid dream.

  10. Try to stay aware of lucid dreaming visualize your physical body (Visualize yourself in your bed)

  11. You will know you’re on the right track if everything becomes black

  12. This stage is considered to be Half-conscious

  13. Move a part of your body, best known part is an arm and don’t do it too fast or will wake you up

  14. You will feel a vibration throughout your body inducing OBE this stage is also considered NDE

  15. If vibration has started slowly visualize rolling out of your body, if you move fast you will feel as if you fell out

  16. If done properly you will not fall out: you will float up

  17. Gradually opening your eyes, do not force anything or you will find yourself back in your physical body
 
  18. Consciously control your body

  19. At this time only thoughts should be present

  20. You will need to visualize the place where you want to go or have been to

  21. You can visualize yourself with a person here or in the afterlife and soon you will meet with them

  23. If you’re eyes are still closed try and open them but without moving, just think about being able to see: but don’t force it

  24. Don’t have a blanket on this may bring you back or moving parts of your body can also bring you back to your room

  25. Begin to restore alertness to come back when you’re ready

  26. Try not to move body part this will jerk you back into your body
 
  27. Make sure you’re in silent place with no interference

  28. Clear your mind before you begin

  29. Lay in a comfortable place

  30. Have a fun trip

Here are some tips


It’s very important for your body to rest while your mind becomes alert. Try having a lucid dream before starting an OBE that’s how you get the body prepared for OBE. I f you’re not physically relaxed your mind will not become alert. If you fear projection, it will not happen, therefore, you need to relax to enhance your mind for the trip. Your brain is extremely intelligent and knows and feels if you’re uncomfortable with the idea of projection.
