Dream
A dream consist of involuntary emotions, ideas, feelings and images that are present in the mind during sleep. Dreams are not completely understood, no one has determined the complete meaning or purpose. There have many speculations throughout history, but nothing concrete.
History
Dreams are considered to have the impact on inspiration and motivation throughout history. Human have obtained meaning and perception of dreams. Numerous cultures have exercise the meaning and development of dreams. Predictions have also been known to appear in dreams, spiritual messages from the Gods. Throughout history there have been prophetic dreams from divinity that appeared in truth.
Neurology
Dreams are present during non-REM stage of sleep and measure similar in theory. Majority prevalent emotion experienced in dreams is expressed anxiety. Other emotions contain fear, joy, pain, abandonment, etc. Negative emotions are extensively common in comparison to positive ones.
Common Dreams
Include: chased, school, running, late arrival, falling, being dead, a dead person alive, flying, teeth falling, affairs, parties, birthdays, anniversary, embarrassing moments, falling in love, exams, unfocused, incapable of movement, car accidents, crime, naked, bathroom, levitating etc.
Dream interpretation
Historically the purpose of dreaming was for healing, dreams appear to be imagination, which provides healing. A sensory recollection resulting in hallucination stimulating nerves, affecting the body and mind intellectually. The brain and spine repair nerves which can assist the the pain and blood vessels throughout dreaming. During sleep the body repairs itself for the following day. Throughout dreaming one grows and develops and enzymes increase.

Lucid dreaming is the conscious intuitiveness of one's state while dreaming. In this state a person normally control's over characters and environment while dreaming. Dreamers normally induce their own actions in the dream. The event of lucid dreaming has been scientifically honored.
