Meditation
Meditation is obtained by mental training method in which one makes effort to go beyond the responsive, "rational" mind into
a deeper state of relaxation or awareness. Meditation often involves focusing, concentrating, observing, attentiveness to one point of reference. It is identified with a large amount element of religions, and has been exercised since ancient history. It is also exercised outside religious beliefs. Unique meditative disciplines includes a wide range of spiritual and/or psycho-physical exercises which may stress unique goals. From achievement of a higher state
of consciousness, focus, creativity, self-awareness, or a released and peaceful structured mind.
The word meditation originally comes from the Indo-European root med -, meaning "to measure. Also from the root med - derived from English words medicine, modest, mete, and moderate. Penetrated English meditation through Latin: meditando, which primarily indicated complete physical or intellectual practice, continued evolving into a specific meaning "purpose."
